Job descriptionRole: Cannabis Production AssociateAt Made in Xiaolin our mission is to achieve excellence in crafting cannabis lifestyle products through creativity and integrity. We have a small, educated team, highly dedicated to the craft of rolling high end products and are looking for someone who is motivated, creative, and organized to join our team!Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with management and other team members to produce final products from raw materials Maintain orderly workstations Prepare and maintain the quality of raw materials Ensure the advocated process and schedule is properly followed Carefully document all necessary information Stay compliant with all Colorado marijuana regulations Be open to learning new techniques Log waste daily in Waste Log Develop new products and improve methods and efficiency Quality assurance on all products to be ready for consumption Actively maintain knowledge of all Xiaolin products as well as cannabis industry knowledge Practice clean hygiene, and maintain a groomed appearance Complete Opening/Closing tasks daily Receive material , measure, and weigh out product Daily cleanup of production room & areas used Hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets to maintain operations and continue to grow Develop systems for high performance within a small team Represent the company in a professional and personal manner Work closely with other departments (Marketing and Executive)Minimal Requirements:-Must have valid badge from the Colorado MED or willing to get one ASAP-Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for long periods of time-Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Evergreen, Co.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits: Employee discountHealth insurancePaid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
