Qualification Requirements for Cerbide Plant Manager10+ years of Manufacturing experience in the Tungsten Carbide Industry. Familiarity with vacuum sinter and HIP equipment and processes important. Knowledge of other equipment and processes could include powder manufacture, Isostatic and mechanical pressing, MIM, extrusion, centerless grinding. The broader the experience base the better.Six Sigma /Lean Manufacturing experience desirable.Mechanical Engineering background a strong preference - Equipment maintenance experience a big plus. Looking for someone with hands on experience.Candidate must have 5 or more years of supervisory experience. A demonstrated ability to manage people in a manufacturing environment is essential.Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office is required.AS/ISO 9000 experience would be beneficial. Compensation: Salary Range $100K-150K. Bonus of $25K paid after Plant attains a 3-month consecutive break even. Profit share 2.5% capped at $250K.
