The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, andimplementing individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of physicalconditions. The Physical Therapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals toprovide a holistic approach to patient care.Key Responsibilities:Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the physical condition and functional capabilities ofpatients.Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans to address patientneeds.Treatment Planning and Implementation:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.Use a variety of physical therapy techniques, such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities, toimprove patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensivepatient care.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education andsupport.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.Professional Development:Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and treatmentsinto practice.Participate in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.Compliance and Safety:Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.Ensure a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.Qualifications:Education: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Licensure: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)systems.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holidaysContinuing education opportunities
