Pet Groomer

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE GROOMINGResponsibilities: - Provide grooming services to various types of pets, including dogs, cats, and other small animals- Perform bathing, brushing, and styling of pet's fur or hair- Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other basic grooming tasks- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and preferences- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from pet ownersSkills:- Strong knowledge and experience in animal care and handling- Proficiency in various grooming techniques and styles- Familiarity with dog training methods and techniques- Experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician is a plus- Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with patience and care- Knowledge of pet sitting and pet care best practices- Experience with equine grooming is a plus- Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a professional manner- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessaryNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
