Law Offices of Michelle Machado Moreira, P.C. is a small real estate law firm located in Medford Square providing legal services in all types of real estate transactions. Attorney Michelle Machado Moreira speaks fluent Portuguese and has a large Portuguese-speaking clientele. The Firm is currently seeking an entry level Paralegal Assistant for our office.Responsibilities:Assist attorney and paralegal in preparation for closings.Prepare title policy and assist in post closing matters.Data entry in preparation of closings.Experience & Qualifications:Excellent communication and organizational skills.Solid business judgment and professional demeanor.Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.Proficiency in Portuguese is highly recommended.Please email resumes to [email protected].
