If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you.About The RoleWe’re growing quickly, with millions of users on the platform, and are looking for an analytical-minded Paid Media Analyst to help grow our paid media marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.In this role, you will work directly with our Paid Media Growth Lead to help launch, optimize, and measure ad campaigns as we execute on our growth roadmap across both students and donors. While only a broad experience with paid media is required, this position will present numerous opportunities for growth and development. You will be successful in this role if you are eager to learn new paid media systems, have an engineering degree, and have a penchant for continuous growth.We are fully remote and this role can be done from anywhere, but will require significant daily overlap with European CEST working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Launch new campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
Periodically optimize bids/budgets, review search terms, and run ad creative tests across our paid channels, by following some predefined optimization strategies.
Track, monitor, and analyze ad performance across our channels while keeping our dashboards up-to-date.
Collaborate with our Social Team as needed to craft outstanding ad creatives for our paid media campaigns.
Represent the Bold.org brand and mission of fighting student debt to many millions.
Be the steward of our vision and values across all communications.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Engineering background (preferably a Chemical or Civil Engineering degree).
1-2 years of broad experience with paid media (Google/Facebook Ads preferred).
An excellent executor. You excel at learning and executing predetermined processes quickly and with strong attention to detail.
Analytical-minded. You excel at analyzing data and are comfortable with data-rich Google Sheets and advertising platforms to ensure our campaigns are optimized at their best.
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
Excellent written English.
Any growth, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, or Supermetrics experience is a plus but is not required.

Full-time and will require a significant daily overlap with European CEST working hours.
