Outside Sales Representative

We are a merchant service company looking for highly motivated sales agents to join our team. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new merchant accounts while also managing and maintaining existing relationships. The ideal candidate is self-driven, passionate about sales, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and expand market presenceProspect and acquire new sales opportunities such as cold-calling, leads, referrals and networking to achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account managementConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutionsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsContinuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reportsExperience:Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology salesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport and establish trust with clientsSpeaking more than one language is a plusFamiliarity with CRM software is a plusSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales goalsWillingness to travel as needed.We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Base salary, residual commission structure plus high-signing bonuses and performance-based incentivesTraining and support is available to help sales agents succeed, this includes onboarding, ongoing training and development, coaching, and mentorship programs.Many growth opportunities for sales agents who perform well, this includes opportunities for promotion, advancement, or leadership roles within the company.Sales offers vast potential for uncapped high-income earnings, as opposed to a conventional 9-5 job.
