Kognitive Sales Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Onboarding and Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires and providing comprehensive administrative support to our team and executives. You will play a vital role in coordinating training, managing administrative tasks, and supporting compliance efforts throughout the organization. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Onboarding and Training Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Coordinate training sessions and materials for new employees, working closely with department heads and team leaders. Act as a knowledgeable resource for new hires, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handle compliance-related tasks such as processing expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative duties in accordance with company policies and utilizing Power BI for efficient data management. Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks as needed. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for company records and documents. Executive Assistance: Facilitate the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations, leveraging Excel and Power BI to analyze data and visualize insights effectively. Assist in project planning and coordination for corporate events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information, adhering to privacy regulations and company confidentiality policies. RequirementsKeys to Success: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a Related Field preferred Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably with a focus on compliance, in a fast-paced corporate environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, with advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
