As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass billing, invoicing, shipping coordination, collections, and general administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Billing and Invoicing:Generate accurate invoices for completed orders.Verify pricing, discounts, and payment terms.Address any billing discrepancies promptly.Maintain records of invoices and payments.Shipping and Logistics:Coordinate shipments of doors and windows to customers.Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.Track shipments and address any issues during transit.Collections:Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.Communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices.Collaborate with the finance team to manage collections effectively.General Administrative Tasks:Answer phone calls, respond to emails.Maintain organized files and records.Assist with office supplies management.Handle other administrative duties as needed.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office administration or related field.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary
