Sky Enterprise Services is a small Insurance and virtual assistance brokerage located in Alexandria, VA is looking for an Part-Time Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative. Our ideal candidate should have the following attributes: self-starter, friendly, energetic, flexible, resourceful, punctual, responsible and have the willingness to learn. This position is a part time position with plenty of room for growth! Required Qualifications:MUST have a Highschool diploma or GED.MUST be Bilingual in written and verbal Spanish and English.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, ectBasic knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram (Ability to Market an added plus.)Must be able to work under limited supervision.Must be detail oriented.Ability to handle tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.Positive, Enthusiastic, and a Friendly demeanor.Must have a clean criminal record.Exceptional communication skills and have the ability to interact with customers. Job Duties Include but not Limited to:Answer phonesGreet customersUpdate customer files and follow up logsSend/ Receive MailData entry via variety of platformsService and solve customer issues Update daily spreadsheets and communicate updates accordinglyHandle customers payments- Process and/or contact for missing paymentsGenerate monthly reports Starting pay will start at $12.00+ per hour based on experience. Monday- Friday, Hours Range from 9:30am-4:00pm, about 15-25 hours per week depending on need. No experience needed, we are willing to train the right candidate!
