Nurse practioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family practice or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team, at Gastro Helath for kids. As a Pediatric /FP-Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, ranging from infants to 21 years. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating illnesses , educating patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical assessments of pediatric patients- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gastrointestinal illnesses- Order and interpret diagnostic tests- Prescribe medications and treatments- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans- Provide case management for complex medical conditions- Offer counseling and support to patients and their families- New grads with willingness to learn are also welcomeQualifications:Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.Currently licensed as a pediatric or family practice nurse practioner in the state of Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).Licensed as appropriate in the state of Georgia.BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
