We are committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health counseling that fosters healing, growth, and transformation.Mental Health Therapist Position OverviewRadiant Recovery and Counseling Services (RRCS) is looking for a Mental Health therapist to work with various populations, diagnoses, & life issues. Therapists with various mental health licenses (LPC, LPCC. LMFT, LICSW, LGSW) and those in pursuit of licensing are invited to apply.Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing a high level of care to all patients, have strong organizational skills, enjoy collaborating with others, and have an interest in continuing to develop competencies as a clinician.Additional plus if able to offer In-home Therapy (Mileage Reimbursement).Particularly needed at this time:General Mental Health Children & AdolescentsGeneral Mental Health Adults, Men and Youth, BIPOCCouples/Family Counselors- All WelcomeFull and part-time /Interns, positions are currently available.Therapist Qualifications/Skills:Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and listening skills.Ability to build rapport quickly.Detail oriented.Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy.Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.Therapist Job Responsibilities:Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.Involves and advises family members when appropriate.Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Requirements:To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:Licensed as a Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245I.04.2:Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW),Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT),Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC),Licensed Psychologist (LP).If unlicensed, must meet the requirements to be classified as a Clinical Trainee as per Minnesota State Statute 245I.04.06:Have completed a masters or doctorate educational program in behavioral health, and are in the process of pursuing LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP licensure in Minnesota.Must meet the additional requirement of having a minimum of 10 months of clinical work experience.Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with a wide range of ages although you may choose what ages and specialties, youre comfortable working with.PLEASE APPLY BY SENDING YOUR RESUME TO [email protected] Benefits:Radiant Recovery & Counseling prides itself on the compensation and benefits provided to our staff, including:Flexible FT and PT schedules (You create your own schedule to best fit your needs)Extensive New Hire TrainingOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement1.
