Our sales reps drive the growth of our company by contacting small businesses to unlock their unique marketing needs, selling a suite of content, and advertising products and services.This is a full-time on-site role for an inside sales representative. We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals, willing to challenge themselves to grow as salespeople. Sales Representatives will be responsible for conducting sales activities, such as establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, offering product solutions, and closing sales. No college degree is required for this role This role is based in Chicago, IL, but will also be available for remote positions.QualificationsInterpersonal skills, including building rapport and maintaining a positive attitudeProven track record in meeting sales targetsStrong ability to sell and close dealsAbility to handle rejectionExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDesire to learn and grow as a salespersonExperience in sales and telemarketing is preferredResponsibilitiesSelling streaming audio advertisements and digital display ads to businesses all over the countryCold calling and presenting our products to business owners and decision-makersCalling up to 150 customers a day, setting up callbacks, and sending follow-up emails to potential leadsTaking payments over the phone after successful salesUsing Database Builder (our company CRM) to search for leads (all leads will be provided)Engaging in frequent training with managers to develop phone pitchesThere will be a 3-week paid training period ($20/hr), and after the training period, it will be determined whether to continue full-time or part-time.BenefitsFlexible schedule35% commission rate of salesPaid weeklyMedical insuranceDental Insurance401k
