We have provided parking lot maintenance and paving services throughout the state for several years.Our goal is to make every client feel as if they are a part of our community by providing the highest quality services in our industry.As a part of the ACPLM team, you wont be just another employee, your work will be valued and met with proper recognition.Qualifications:Willing to work with the shop mechanic to perform maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to trucks (light and heavy), construction equipment (skid steer, paver, roller, etc.) Assist with servicing and repair of all fleet vehicles. Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, replace belts, hoses, inspect brakes, check tires, etc. on all size vehiclesAble to follow directions, good sense of prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely mannerAbility to crawl under trucks with flexible mobilityAble to lift 50 poundsGood communication skills and able to be accommodating with scheduleKnowledge of hand tools used to repair and service vehiclesHigh school diplomaBasic computer knowledge a plusResponsibilities:Assist mechanic with field employees questions, concerns, and complaints pertaining to potential repairsConducting field runs in case of emergencies, sudden breakdowns and conduct supply runsAdherence to all company and industrial safety standardsAble to work weekends with a weekday scheduleAssist mechanic with any other tasks needed to completeA willingness to learn and adapt to mechanics workload while completing everyday tasks
