This is a rewarding opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery in a team-focused environment that values adaptability and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components in line with specifications.Creating CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software.Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to perform accurate machining operations.Handling routine maintenance on machines to guarantee optimal performance and minimize downtime.Conducting quality inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to customer requirements and quality standards.Collaborating with team members and engineering staff to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.QualificationsSignificant experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, with a deep understanding of various machining techniques and tooling.Strong programming skills with the ability to write and edit G-code programs.Experience in interpreting and manually editing G-Code.Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit) preferred.Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Willingness to provide leadership and work in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Why Join Us?As a prospective team member, you'll appreciate our commitment to detail and personalized service.
