Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified locum tenens healthcare professionals.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs.Client Relationship Management:Collaborate with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to understand their staffing needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements and preferences.Job Placement and Coordination:Match qualified candidates with appropriate locum tenens opportunities.Facilitate the placement process, including negotiating contracts, coordinating interviews, and managing necessary documentation.Market Analysis and Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.Provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies based on market insights.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other members of the recruitment team to share information, insights, and best practices.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably in locum tenens.Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using recruitment software and toolsAble to work in a graveyard shift.
