There are 1,000+ acres of accessible public lands surrounding Ennis for all outdoor enthusiasts such as recreation, hunting, hiking, fishing just to name a few. And dont forget the world class skiing available at Big Sky Ski Resort which offers incredible powder, scenic views, and extraordinary terrain. Gravel Bar is looking for a hard-working, dependable, and flexible full-time line cook to join their team. We are family owned and have been in business for 14 years! The ideal candidate understands the demands of the restaurant industry in a seasonal small town and knowns how to fluctuate with the seasons. No day is the same and that's why we love this atmosphere! Additional requirements include:Prepare, season, cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts, in a restaurant setting. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment, work surfaces, and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. 1-3 years experience as a line cookThere is an opportunity for advancement into a supervisory kitchen manager position.Health insurance is available after 6 months and housing is available, plus a competitive wage $20-$23 (plus tip out) depending upon housing requirements.
