Come join our fun laid back crew and enjoy a great schedule in a beautiful place while you make money!Benefits include but are not limited to:Housing in Big Sky$20-22 DOE plus tipsShift mealEmployee discountFree moviesResponsibilities:- Prepare ingredients for cooking- Cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner- Monitor food stock levels and notify the kitchen manager of any shortages- Maintain a clean & organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients & equipment- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesRequirements:- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a restaurant or kitchen setting- Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
