No experience necessary! Were looking for people who love being outdoors, learning lifesaving skills, and working with a team and their community. DETAILSSeasonal, Part-TimeUp to 30 hours a weekHours: February 26th - May 20thM/Th/F 8am - 3:30pmTu/W 8am-5:30pmF 3:45-5:30pm Duties for lifeguard: lifeguarding pool area, set up and break down of equipment and customer service.Duties for lead lifeguard: supervision of staff, ensuring proper coverage with the schedule, customer service, communication with the County Supervisor. PAY Lifeguard:$25/hrLead Lifeguard: $27-28 PERKSWe offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses for new hires after 90 days of employment. QUALIFICATIONSLifeguard:Ages 22+Ability to complete & pass an ARC or equivalent Lifeguard certificationAbility to pass pre-employment verbal skills testAbility to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicableAll applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testingStrong customer service background preferred We are an E-Verify participating employer.
