Key Responsibilities: -Warmly Greet and Engage: Welcome prospects with warmth, provide captivating property tours, and skillfully close lease agreements. - Lead Conversion: Proactively turn leads into leases, contributing to the achievement of leasing goals. - Positive Interactions: Create a professional and engaging atmosphere while interacting with current residents and during prospect tours. - Office Management: Perform daily office duties, diligently follow up on leads, and contribute to market studies by staying informed about the competition. - Community Engagement: Assist in planning and executing community events, prepare newsletters, and actively participate in marketing or social events as directed by the management team. - Maintenance Coordination: Report service requests promptly to the maintenance team, ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of apartment models, tour paths, and move-in apartments. - Lease Administration: Accurately prepare lease agreements and move-in folders, maintaining high standards of quality. - Tenant Relations: Handle tenant issues in a timely and professional manner, upholding the exemplary standards set by the management company. - Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance in adherence to uniform requirements. - Flexibility: Assist with additional projects as assigned by the property manager. Requirements: - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects, residents, and team members. - Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service. - Marketing Proficiency: Proficient in social media platforms and other marketing tools to enhance property visibility. - Self-Motivated Team Player: Possess self-motivation, organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. - People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, warmth, patience, and a helpful demeanor both in-person and over the phone. - Weekend Availability: Ability to work weekends to accommodate prospect and resident needs.
