Lathe Programmer

Machine shop seeking to hire a full time CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup/Operator Machinist with Min 5 years experience.Benefits we offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) ; Vacation, Holiday and Sick pay.This is not an entry level position.Requirements: Ability to program and machine using HAAS CNC Lathe Manage and instruct setup personnel/operators to properly run programmed parts. Minimum of five years experience in programming. Make suggestions for improvement in cost, processes, quality, and productivity Strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills Must be able to read and understand drawings Able to set up, and operate machines Ability to inspect own work and work under minimal supervision Must be detail oriented; problem solver; and desire to learn. Self-motivated, mechanically inclined, good visualization skill.
