Landscape Account Manager

Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various landscaping projects, maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships, we want to hear from you.Duties:- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers- Assist in the field when needed- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks and projects- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences and developing production costs for new opportunities- Generate new business in sales- Design and build landscapes, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems- Assist and train tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas- Monitor equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairsQualifications:- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Knowledge of landscape design principles and techniques- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesSkills:- Landscape maintenance- Garden design and implementation- Leadership abilities- Construction skills for building hardscapes- Supervising teams of landscapers or groundskeepers- Irrigation system installation and maintenance- Tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal- Perform duties such as mowing, edging, weeding, etc.- Snow Plowing ManagementMinimum of 2 years management and leadership experience preferredProficient in Word and ExcelBilingual in Spanish is a plusIf you are a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, we would love to hear from you.
