Role:
We are seeking two Junior Product Designers to help design delightful and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to enhance our platform that allows members to access their health data in real-time. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and grow their skills in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, complex data visualization, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our member experience as we scale from currently thousands of members to millions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Understanding: Learn and contribute to the product goals, help identify user requirements, and propose solutions to user problems.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand project scopes and deliver design solutions.
Solution Presentation: Assist in illustrating and presenting creative solutions that enhance user experiences; learn to communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
Research and Integration: Participate in user experience research and apply insights to product designs.
Design System Management: Help maintain and expand our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across design outputs.

Qualifications/Skills:

Experience: Some UI/UX design experience, including internships or academic projects. A portfolio showcasing your design projects is required.
Design Skills: Understanding of basic design principles, including typography, UI, color schemes, and layout. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished and refined design outcomes.
Problem Solving: Ability to understand both user and business challenges and propose design solutions that address these effectively.

First, you'll interact with our recruiters as an initial screening to go over your background and ensure a skills fit.

Third, we'll do a short coding challenge + technical interview all on a Zoom call.
Finally, we'll send an offer. If we don't give an offer, we'll provide feedback.
