Title: IT Sox AuditsCompany: Two95 International Inc.Location: Open for Remote WorkEmployment Type: Full TimeRequirementsJob Responsibilities: Conducting IT SOX audits based on the established IT control framework and procedures Assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT general and application controls Identifying control gaps and areas for improvement and providing recommendations Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to management Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX requirements Assisting in the development and implementation of control enhancements and process improvements Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT audits or IT compliance, preferably with experience in SOX audits Knowledge of IT control frameworks and regulations (e.g., COSO, COBIT, SOX) Strong understanding of IT general controls, application controls, and IT security controls Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA are preferred About the companyTwo95 International Inc., is a global technology firm specializing in
