**Job Summary:**We are seeking a motivated HR Summer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and other HR functions to support the department.**Qualifications:**- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Proficient in MS Office applications**Responsibilities:**- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientations- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation- Help maintain HR records and databases- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed- Collaborate with team members on various HR tasks and projects to gain practical experience**Duration:**This is a temporary position for the summer.
