About the Job:
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to contribute to our project management and operational strategy. As a Human Resources Intern, you'll be involved in exciting projects shaping the future of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be helping shape human resources processes and procedures. Whether on-site, remote, or a hybrid model, you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management.
About the Term:
We have a scheduled placement for April 2024 and it can be either full-time or part-time but must be a minimum of 520 hours per placement. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please be sure to outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have. This is an ideal MBA or post-grad placement that will truly amplify and accelerate your post-grad development. This is full-time & part-time but strong engagement is critical. Full-time is most desired and part-time is possible with responsible flexibility. Placement timing can also be aligned with academic commitments and MBA internship requirements outlined by your program.
What You'll Do:
Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Scale the Human Resources team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company
Drive efficiencies, automating processes, screening systems, shaping culture, and streamlining onboarding by refining team processes
Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
Coordinate closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement and improve collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives.
About You:
Currently pursuing an MBA, undergraduate or a related degree, with a focus on human resources, operations, project management, or organizational development.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) is an asset
