Job description for: Healthcare Recruiter Screen applications and select qualified candidates for Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals for travel contractsProvide support to Fidelity On Call in finding the qualified candidates for the vacant job openings.Supervise your team of active travelers and assistantNegotiate Salaries and pay packagesWork according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of Fidelity On Call, IDOL, and The Joint Commission.Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies on social media and other platforms.Attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other vendor healthcare associates.Staying aware of healthcare job market trendsAnalyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take the corrective steps if goals are not metResearch job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc to get the right candidatesAttend Job Fairs, Conventions, etc.Be available for some travel Required Skills/Abilities Strong oral and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of human resource and development and managementWell organized, detail oriented and confident personalityExcellent interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines and targetsAbility to understand and analyze people Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma Required Associates or Bachelor degree in related field encouragedHealthcare background is helpful but not required Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift-up -to 10 pounds at a time
