Our flagship product, Agent SideKick, is a cutting-edge digital assistant designed to streamline real estate transactions and empower agents to deliver exceptional service to their clients.Role Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Developer to spearhead the development and enhancement of our Agent SideKick application. The Lead Developer will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of the product, mentoring a dynamic team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions using the latest technologies.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Agent SideKick application, setting technical standards and driving best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and development strategies.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Work closely with QA testers to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the application meets the highest quality standards.Mentor and guide the development team, providing technical leadership and support.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Software Engineer, with a strong background in web development.Essential proficiency in React, NextJS, and TypeScript.Nice-to-have proficiency in Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Supabase.Experience with serverless hosting, compute, and deployment using Vercel.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Why Join RealCheeky:RealCheeky offers a collaborative and innovative work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
