Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative for our 24/7 Veterinary Hospital.Full-time and weekend part-time positions available.As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their furry companions. You will be responsible for greeting and checking in clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing general information about our services.We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills, who are passionate about providing exceptional care to both pets and their owners. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:Welcome and assist clients with checking in their petsSchedule appointments and manage the appointment calendarAnswer phone calls and address client inquiriesHandle a multi-line phone systemProvide information on our services, policies, and proceduresCollect and update client information in our databaseCoordinate with our veterinary staff to ensure a smooth flow of operationsIf you are a team player with a passion for providing outstanding client service and have a genuine love for animals, we would love to hear from you.
