Tasks
Developing and evolving a consistent, modern, and appealing visual branding for Neco
Developing a comprehensive brand book outlining visual guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and image styles, to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
Designing, creating, and evolving logos, template designs and illustrations
Creating engaging visualizations and infographics for the company's white papers and other marketing material
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design assets for various marketing campaigns, such as banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Designing templates for presentations, pitch decks, and other materials.
Working closely with copywriters and content creators to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing collateral, ensuring cohesive storytelling and messaging.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including brank book and templates
Proficiency in design tools
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools
Minimum capacity of 10h per week
Passion for design, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Alignment with our social and environmental values and motivation to serve the greater good
Design experience in the web3 industry is a plus
Experience in UI/UX Design is a plus
