You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for employee development.Primary ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Coordination Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning events. Schedule training sessions, book venues, and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable. Allocate trainers' resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re-scheduling. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) Monitor LMS usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics. Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS usage and functionality. Talent Support Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope Support employees requests Support the Talent teams with data and reporting Evaluation and Feedback Administer post-training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants. Analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Make recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to training and development. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or compliance reviews.RequisitosFluency in French and English is a must, Italian is highly valued as well. First experience in coordinating programs within a corporate or organizational setting. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
