Food Truck Server and Cook

We are seeking a Food Truck Server And Cook to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders, prepare and serve food to patrons at our stationary food truck located within our glamping campground. Our preference is for a skilled cook who takes pride in their cooking skills and would enjoy working with us to create and cook a menu utilizing local farm produce.Responsibilities:Assist in menu preparation and shoppingCook and prepare menu itemsServe food and beverages to guestsExplain to guests about menu itemsClean and prepare the dining areasGreet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurantRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashionPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fieldsPrevious cooking experienceAbility to build rapport with guestsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal communication skillsThis is a seasonal position from May 20, 2024-October 31, 2024.
