We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Neighborhood Flyer Distributors. Responsibilities: Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures or promotional materials to residential neighborhoods in Central Pennsylvania. Utilize your own means of transportation, such as a car, bicycle or on foot to efficiently cover designated areas. Follow designated routes or distribution plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of targeted neighborhoods. Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner while distributing flyers, answering questions and promoting our products or services. Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including the number of flyers distributed and areas covered. Adhere to established distribution schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Communicate any issues or concerns encountered during distribution, such as delivery obstacles or insufficient supplies, to the appropriate supervisor.Requirements: Reliable transportation to travel to and from distribution locations. Ability to navigate residential neighborhoods efficiently and follow designated distribution routes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording distribution activities and completing assigned tasks. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on distribution needs. Must be dependable, punctual and committed to meeting distribution deadlines.
