Fitness Studio Associate

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team as a Trainer Sales Associate. We are an independently owned 24-hour infrared fitness studio with 24/7/365 access to members. Staffed hours are M-TH 11a-8p, Fr 9a-6p and Sa 11a-4p. Our studio provides 15 and 30 minute workouts that are virtually led.Our ideal candidates will be fitness enthusiasts with retail/sales experience who enjoy speaking with others by phone or in person. You will engage with existing members and potential members. Trainer Sales Associate Mission: To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.TSA In Studio Work Hours: Studio staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, Closed Sundays. Your hours may vary week to week, but we prefer for you to have a set schedule.**We are seeking the following shifts: M-TH starting at 4p (or 5p) working to 8p (Closing), Fridays 8:45a (or Noon) start until 6p (Closing) and Saturdays 11a-4p. Ideal candidate will be able to work a minimum of 10-20 hours/week and have a willingness to pick up extra shifts if needed.Paid Initial and Required Training & Certifications: Complete internal Certification. Repeat once annually as a refresher. Maintain active CPR, AED and First Aid certification, and online required courses included in Trainer Sales Associate curriculum. Courses must be repeated once annually or as assigned by management. Complete any newly introduced online courses as they are available. Participate in any team or corporate trainings including webinars as assigned by general manager. This position is hourly plus commission and includes a free membership at our studio and discounts on our retail merchandise.
