Field Mowing Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lawn maintenance professionals, conducting training and team meetings, and ensuring that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of lawn maintenance practices, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.Responsibilities:- Supervise, coordinate, and dispatch 3-6 two-man maintenance crews- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees- Develop and implement training programs for the lawn maintenance team- Recruit and interview potential lawn maintenance candidates- Manage and track the progress and performance of lawn maintenance teams- Monitor quality control and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction- Develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity of the lawn maintenance team Qualifications:- Knowledge of lawn care, construction, tree care, grounds keeping, irrigation, gardening, horticulture, leadership, and maintenance are considered relevant skills- Strong communication skills are required to effectively coordinate and manage field operations in the Mowing Department We have a set of Core Values that we strive to practice every day:- We Do Things Differently- Do The Right Thing- Empower Decision Makers- Everyday Counts- Extreme Ownership- Leave Your Dust At The Door- Don't Be An Ass, It's Just GrassThe perfect candidate can speak to each one of our values and explain why they are important to the company.
