Remote - Full Time RequirementsWhat the client is looking for: A candidate who is: Proactive, quick learner, organized, responsive, and talented. Expertise in Email Marketing Platforms: The VA should have experience and proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Mailchimp, Attentive, and Klaviyo.Strategy and Optimization: They should possess strategic thinking abilities to develop email marketing strategies, optimize subject lines, cadence, flows, journeys, automations, and segmentations. Communication Skills: The VA must be able to effectively communicate with the client success team, understand client needs, and make suggestions for email marketing campaigns. Independence and Proactiveness: They should not merely be order takers but should be able to work independently, ask relevant questions, and make proactive suggestions to improve email marketing performance. Familiarity with Microsoft Tools: Since communication with the team is done through Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office, proficiency in these tools is essential.In summary, the client is looking for a VA with strong expertise in email marketing platforms, strategic thinking skills, effective communication abilities, independence, proactiveness, and familiarity with Microsoft tools.
