Digital Project Manager

This is a remote position, but we observe working hours of 9am - 5pm ET. We are primarily located on the east coast but we work from anywhere with clients all over the country.We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects (websites, digital tools, and branding). You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. You should also use your communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Primary Responsibilities Provide end-to-end project management Collaborate with the broader team to scope project requirements and prepare budgets Develop a detailed project plan and manage expectations/progress Ensure projects are delivered on time and quality standards are met Communicate with the team and ensure all members are aware of delegated tasks Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects Secondary Responsibilities Work with our internal team to coordinate and execute our communications (blog, social media, newsletter) per our content schedules You will NOT be responsible for creating all of the content on your own. We work with a copywriter and have a full design team who will produce content Update existing reports on communication performance Requirements 3+ years experience in project management for client services (advertising, website agencies, marketing, etc) Excellent communication skills Excellent organization skills: Meeting scheduling, agendas, notes, & project plans Strong work ethic and an ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, & Slack Bonus Points In-depth knowledge of web design process Knowledge of SEO and/or paid advertising (if you have experience here, please highlight it in your response) Demonstrable use of AI tools to increase productivity Familiarity with CMS’s like Wordpress and Drupal BenefitsOne of the best benefits is the people and clients you work with everyday.
