DevOps Engineer

You’ll join an international team of experts from tech, entrepreneurship, and banking building a company that is a pioneer in its market space -- a unique opportunity in the fintech landscape.RoleWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer with more than 3 years of experience. You will be:Monitoring system performance and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and security of the IT infrastructure.Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including application updates or downgrades.Addressing and resolving Helpdesk queries to offer support to internal departments.Managing user access and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) according to compliance policies.Participating in paid on-call duties on a rotating basis, with one-week shifts every three weeks.Designing, documenting, and implementing security policies for system protection.Leveraging continuous integration tools to identify development issues proactively.Creating automated deployment systems through configuration management technologies.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong proven experience in the administration of Linux-based systemsStrong experience with Docker & Kubernetes.Fluent in Spanish and English.Proven experience working with AWS or Azure.Proven experience managing databases and networksProven experience with continuous integration tools (like Jenkins) and monitoring tools (like Riemann, Prometheus, Grafana, or ElasticSearch)Critical thinking and great problem-solving skillsKnowledge of security systems and data backup/recovery will be a plusKnowledge of tools like Ansible/Terraform will be a plus
