This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth, starting as aninternship and transitioning into a full-time role. As an intern, youll gain invaluable experience andpractical exposure thereby contributing to our teams success. Upon successful completion of theinternship, based on performance and area of expertise, the intern will be presented with theopportunity to continue as either a full-time Systems Analyst or a Developer.Responsibilities: Work closely with the project team to understand business requirements and processworkflows. Participate in quality assurance tasks, including testing and documentation. Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technology stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning andimplementation. Be involved with a real-world SDLC process and contribute to its different phases.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree program seniors in Business, Computer Science, InformationSystems, Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of business processes and IT concepts. A theoretical understanding of ERP and CRM business applications is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform technology stack is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. By the end of the internship, the Intern should beable to achieve the following: Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business analysts, testers,developers, solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to understandrequirements and ensure successful implementation. Deliver High-Quality Features: Develop and deliver new features or enhancements withinspecified timelines while maintaining quality. Enhance Technical Skills: Continuously learn and improve proficiency in Power Platformtechnologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Support the process of transforming requirements into working solutions during theconceptualization, development and implementation phases. Develop standalone Power Apps canvas, model-driven or portal-driven apps orcomponents within a larger application. Maintain existing PowerApps solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance previousdevelopments. Participate and contribute to agile development processes and sprint planning and reviewexercises.
