Dental Hygienist

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you play a crucial role in providing excellent oral healthcare to our patients. This is a full-time or part time position.Duties:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix software- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacySkills:- Collaboration- Patient Counselling- Knowledge of dental conditions- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry- Excellent communication skills to effectively talk with patients on oral health practices- Knowledge of infection control protocols and ability to maintain a sterile environment- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacyWe offer highly competitive pay, achievable bonus structure that yields and additional $5k-$8k a year on top of salary.
