This role is a new position supporting the Deal Desk Manager. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team building out the Deal Desk functions. In this position, you will:Review quotes in the approval queue for accuracy and within documented guidelines and approve, reject as necessary within defined SLAAssist with building and structuring quotes.Liaise between sales, legal, finance to remove friction from sales processAssist users with data corrections, general questions and issues via assign case queueWork with product management and services team to maintain products, bundles and pricing in CPQMonitor and assist with the processing of customer contracts through CLMMaintain and manage Salesforce Advanced ApprovalsOther initiatives as needed- We are a dynamic and growing team with an all hands on deck mentality.QualificationsRequirements:2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience, including building product bundles and building quotes.Experience with Quote to Cash – orders, customer contracts, and subscriptions.Understanding of legal contracts and agreements.Familiarity with Docusign, ContractPod, Kantata, and NetSuiteExcellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, legal, finance,and salesAnalytical Problem-SolvingStrong pacing and turn around timeAdaptability and FlexibilityAdditional Information Flexible Career: We believe in work that works for you.
