Tasks
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
Continuously learn and expand your knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Serve as a primary point of contact for leading partners, handling basic questions, general inquiries, cancellations, and amendments.
Utilize appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate, complete, and valid information.
Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience for all interactions.
Requirements
Professionally fluent German speaker (both written and spoken)
Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
Previous customer service/support experience
Car rental experience (preferred)
Hospitality experience (a plus)
Passionate about customer service and satisfaction
Strong problem-solving skills
Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality
Ability to clearly explain product/service knowledge
