Position Overview: As the First Impressions Customer Care Registration Coordinator at our thriving dance studio, you will be the face and voice of our organization, responsible for ensuring that every interaction with potential and existing clients is exceptional. We are seeking an individual who is not just competent but passionate about providing outstanding customer service, converting inquiries into registrations, and contributing to the overall success and positive reputation of our studio.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome all visitors and callers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and interests, and effectively communicate the benefits of our dance programs.Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing accurate information and guidance promptly.Handle registration processes efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.Utilize persuasive communication skills to influence potential clients and close deals effectively.Anticipate and address customer concerns or questions, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure that all marketing materials are readily available.Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and studio operations.Proactively follow up with potential clients to encourage registration and address any remaining questions or concerns.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing as needed.Qualifications:Friendly and approachable demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to quickly assess and adapt to different personalities and situations.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.Proactive and assertive approach to customer interactions.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.Passionate about helping people and genuinely interested in the success of our clients.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.Pay: $22-$24 PER HOUR Part Time PM hours between 2pm-7pm Hiring Process: We believe in a thorough and fair hiring process to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and our studio are hiring process typically includes:Application: complete our online application form, providing all required information.Initial interview: selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview to discuss their qualifications and alignment with our studio valuesSkill assessment: depending on the role, there may be a skill assessment or demonstration required.
