We are looking for a Crew Member who is self-driven, hard working, has a positive attitude and is reliable. We are looking for the right Candidate who has previous landscaping, construction or related field experience. We want someone who is ready to join our team and get to work. Responsibilities:Come to the shop ready to work at 7:30 am when scheduledAssist in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clientsMaintain clean work sites and equipmentFollow the process for maintaining each propertyReturn to the shop once the route is complete Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors and operations teamQualifications: (You may apply even if you do not meet every qualification)Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, laying sod and mulch and pickup of debrisWeed control and removalPlant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greeneryProperly work with power operated equipment including Lawn Mowers, Trimmers Edgers, Blowers and Hedge TrimmersSpread mulch, gravel, and other materialsUse landscape equipment and tools safely and efficientlyAbility to work in a role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 poundsBenefits: Typical work schedule Monday - FridaySaturday work available if neededWeekly PayrollDirect DepositEarn Paid Time Off Per Year .
