You will coordinate marketing and advertising projects for our corporate territory locations. The Content Marketing Specialist role is a hands-on, results-driven marketer who will leverage a passion for marketing and content strategy to deliver growth for the business in digital and traditional channels.Our ideal candidate will have a knack for design, project management, and copywriting. They will understand how to use those skills to create a cohesive brand experience for customers and drive leads for sales teams.Essential Functions:· Individual Contributor:o Succeed by embodying our company valueso Embrace an uplifting cultureo Have a service-focused attitude and ability to develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders· Marketing Content:o Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across a variety of marketing channelso Develop advertising content that will be utilized across the company store marketing and lead generation campaignso Proofread all ads to ensure they are on-brand, accurate, and maintain legal compliance before they go to print/go liveo Write copy, as needed, for the marketing collateral and digital assetso Track and monitor the performance of various content elements and to evolve content and optimize future resultso Assist in the development of the marketing calendar as aligned to overarching strategyo Manage company store projects to ensure on-brand messaging is displayed on buildings, company vans, promotional items, etc.o Develop new store marketing kits for when company stores launch in a market to ensure brand consistency across all storeso Support the marketing needs of a variety of stakeholders, including General Managers, Production Managers, Human Resources, and Lead Generation teamso Manage outside print vendors to ensure quality, consistency, on-time delivery, and cost-effective collateral· Advertising and Lead Generation:o Understands the target audiences, including how to engage them throughout the customer journeyo Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors messaging and marketing to stay ahead of the curve and ensure clear differentiationo Support continual research and implement new ways to generate leads for the company storeso Responsible for keeping current on the latest marketing industry information, utilizing best in class marketing practices to achieve company objectiveso Utilize CRM data to drive decisions and determine which campaigns and content has been most effectiveo Keep organized tracking documents for all vendors and internal resources.o Act as a brand steward locally. Promote message and graphic continuity across all platforms· Education Qualifications / Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and abilities:o Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, creative writing, or related fieldo 2+ years in marketing/advertising, focused on the development of creative for digital and traditional channels like print, website, social, and PPCo 2+ years in design and execution of digital and traditional media marketing and lead generation campaignso Demonstrated success in website marketing, email, paid digital media and SEM to meet strategic business initiativeso Proficient working in Adobe Creative Suiteo Ability to work independently with excellent project and time management skillo Experience working with multiple business stakeholders, helping articulate marketing requirementso Inspiring, engaging, and clear written and verbal communication skills.o Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize multipleApplications/Software: Adobe Creative SuiteClient Industry: Construction
