Job descriptionJob Description:The Technology and Consumer Service Specialist will play a key role in advising and supporting our customers with their Apple technology needs, ensuring absolute satisfaction with our products and services.Primary Responsibilities:1. Promote and sell technology products and services based on customer needs.2. Provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and providing product knowledge.3. Troubleshoot customer issues with products and services.4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technology trends, products, and services.5. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.Qualifications:1. Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the technology industry.2. Strong understanding of Apple products, including software and hardware.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.5.
