Construction Production Manager

Landscape Construction Production Manager needed for growing landscape company In Louisa, VA.Job duties include: Scheduling projects and organizing labor and contractors. Ordering materials and ensuring prompt delivery to job sites. Monitor and supervise installation of projects and assist where needed. Ensure all items of the project are completed to clients satisfaction. Maintain client contact throughout job and update daily on progress of projects. Always maintain a clean and workable job site location. Prepare expense reports and job costing analysis. Maintain company vehicles and equipment. Perform service calls to past projects where needed and install small projects as directed.Qualifications: Must have minimum (3) years landscape construction experience. Including, but not limited to: Plant installation, patio construction, retaining wall construction, water feature construction, synthetic turf installation, low voltage lighting, construction of decks, fences, sheds, and landscape structures. Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record. We are a drug free workplace and drug testing does occur.Required Skills: Ability to drive under CDL trucks required. Lifting large objects (up to 100 lbs) required. Ability to operate small construction machinery necessary. Proficient use of trailers including backing up/parking etc needed. Ability to read / write English necessary, Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Working knowledge of the following computer programs needed: Excel, & Outlook.Position is full time. Hours are Monday through Friday 0730-4:00. (7) Paid Holidays per year. (5) days accrued vacation days per year, (5) days accrued sick days per year.
