Club Attendant

Overview: Join our growing pickleball community as a Club Attendant, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring both smooth operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our members. This part-time position offers an opportunity to engage with enthusiastic players and play in to some pickleball sessions when needed.Responsibilities:Member Check-In:Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.Efficiently manage the check-in process using our club's designated software or system.Verify memberships and collect fees if applicable.Provide information about upcoming events, court availability, and club policies as needed.Facility Maintenance:Keep the facility clean and organized at all times, including courts, common areas, and restrooms.Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.Ensure equipment, such as nets, paddles, and balls, is properly stored and maintained.Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.Customer Service:Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Assist with resolving any issues related to facility access, equipment, or other club amenities.Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the overall member experience.Compliance and Safety:Adhere to all club policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.Monitor activities within the facility to ensure compliance with club rules and regulations.Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.Familiarity with pickleball or willingness to learn about the sport.Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Opportunity to be part of a dynamic pickleball community.Gain experience in customer service and facility management.Please note: This is an at-will employment position, meaning either party can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
