Childcare assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.**Responsibilities:**-Assist the childcare center in duties needed in admin, classrooms, custodial or as needed- Provide attentive care to children ages 6 months to 5 years in a classroom setting- Assist Lead Teacher with age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns that may arise**Qualifications:**- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required and if applicant isn't qualified, we will certify.- Ability to manage a classroom of children with varying needs and personalities- Understanding of infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education principlesIf you are passionate about providing quality care for children and possess the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
