Chef

Local grower of fresh specialty mushrooms in Los Angeles seeks a confectioner or pastry chef to create the perfect recipe for an ultra high quality nutraceutical gummy. This is a finite project with the goal being the recipe, but with the opportunity to join the team to manage commercial production of the product. We would like to start this project asap, and seek an enthusiastic team member with a discerning palate and perhaps some experience with confections such as pate des fruites, Turkish delight and gummies. Can use one's own kitchen but would meet periodically, up to daily, for joint tasting until the recipe is finalized.
